• Select "Where do I get oil?"
• Select "I'll talk to Kamel then."
• Head to the Abel Fish Market (27,46) and speak to Kamel
• Select "Extract Fish Oil"
• He will tell you that he needs 5 Lion Fish to extract oil
• Return with 5 Lion Fish to receive some oil
• Head back to Antonio in Rucesion bank to complete the quest
