• Speak to Vidar and select "Blade Material"
• Select "That's a shame."
• Select "I can do that."
• Hunt Brawlfish in either Piet Dungeon or Loures Sewers (?) and retrieve 5 Brawlfish Scales
• Return to Vidar with the Brawlfish Scales to complete the quest
